Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be mindful of the current delays due to high volumes with USPS as I cannot guarantee a delivery date once it has been received by USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mapletreecharms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns on eligible items for up to 14 days after delivery. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If you purchased a sale item or used a discount code 15% or greater on your order the items are FINAL SALE and will not be granted a return or store credit. NO REFUNDS.

**SALE ITEMS/DISCOUNTED ITEMS 15% OFF OR GREATER AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR REFUND. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.**

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mapletreecharms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
